उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने कोरोना वायरस लॉकडाउन के कारण अलग अलग राज्य में फंसे लोगो के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी किया है | पुरे देश में और सभी राज्यों में कोरोना वायरस (COVID-19) के कारण लॉक डाउन लगा हुआ है जिसके कारण उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रवासी कामगार / श्रमिक दुसरे राज्यों में फंस गए है | सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने देश के विभिन्न राज्यों में फंसे उत्तर प्रदेश के कामगारों एवं श्रमिकों को सुरक्षित घरों तक पहुंचाने के लिए Helpline नंबर जारी किये है जिसकी स्टेट वाइज टेबल निचे दी गई है | उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने संबंधित राज्य सरकारों से प्रवासी श्रमिकों के नाम, पते, टेलीफोन नंबर और स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति सहित संपूर्ण विवरण प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया है, ताकि उनकी सुरक्षित वापसी कार्य योजना को आगे बढ़ाया जा सके।

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने दिल्ली से लगभग 04 लाख प्रवासी श्रमिक एवं कामगार, हरियाणा से 12 हजार श्रमिक और कोटा राजस्थान से 11 हजार से अधिक छात्र-छात्राओं को सुरक्षित घर पहुंचा दिया गया है | प्रयागराज में अध्ययनरत 15 हजार से अधिक छात्रों को प्रदेश के विभिन्न स्थानों पर उनके घर पहुंचाया गया है | मुख्य मंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने निर्देश दिया है कि राज्य में लौटने से पहले, प्रवासी श्रमिकों का स्वास्थ्य परिक्षण अनिवार्य रूप किया जाना चाहिए और राज्य की सीमा को पूरी तरह से सील किया जाना अनिवार्य है | सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में सतर्कता बरती जाना अनिवार्य है ताकि कोई भी व्यक्ति नेपाल राष्ट्र सहित अन्य राज्यों से बिना अनुमति के बिना राज्य में प्रवेश ना कर सके | करीब 10 लाख लोगों के लिए तत्काल क्वारंटीन सेन्टर/शेल्टर होम तथा कम्युनिटी किचन तैयार किये जा रहे है , जहां आने वाले सभी प्रवासी मजदूरों को रखा जायेगा | दुसरे राज्यों से आने वाले श्रमिको को होम क्वारंटीन किया जायेगा इसके साथ ही कम्युनिटी किचन में भोजन तैयार करने के लिए महिला स्वयंसेवी समूहों को जोड़ा जायेगा | घर भेजते समय सभी श्रमिकों को राशन की किट उपलब्ध करायी जाएगी |
