As a result of collaboration between the Delhi Traffic Police and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), a complete blueprint of the Traffic challan has been developed. In Lok Adalat, only compoundable challans will be taken into action. According to the official notice, there will be a National Lok Adalat on Sunday, October 8 in all Delhi district courts. The target of 170000 traffic challans/notices will be settled by the Delhi Police Traffic. All the pending challans until 30^th June 2023 will be uploaded to the Delhi Police website this time. The non-compoundable challans and challans will be excluded, which has been already shared with the court and not be considered. If your challan is still pending for several days then this is the right time to clear it. Therefore, Lok Adalat is giving the chance to everyone to waive off the pending traffic challans. You can download the Notice Slip of Challan from the official website that will be opened on 4^th October 2023. This notice will remain available before the expiry date.

The National Lok Adalat 2023 is scheduled to be conducted on 8^th October 2023 across India. Those who have their pending challan on motor insurance, vehicle fitness certificate, and driving license can waive off their challan by paying the significant amount through the official website of Delhi Traffic Police. Firstly, you have to open the official website of NLSA and download the token of your challan statement that will be available from 4^th October 2023. Citizens have to also complete the registration in a few seconds to receive the token because the token will be booked in some time. You are only required to mention your Vehicle Number, Chassis Number, or Engine Number in order to settle your pending challan.  If you have your pending challan then you have to only pay half of the amount or less than it. In case you are not doing so, strict action will be taken on this matter.
