The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is a state-level entrance test held once every year. TANCET will be organised by Anna University for admission in M.Tech/M.E./M.Plan/M.Arch, MCA, and MBA Courses. TANCET Entrance examination has conducted on 14 May 2022 for admission in MCA & MBA courses and 15 May 2022 for admission in M.E./M.Tech/M.Arch/ M.Plan Courses. TANCET 2022 Rank List
Anna University will release the TANCET Rank List through the official website. University will release three separate rank lists – GATE Category, TANCET Category, and Sponsored Category. The rank list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the TANCET and GATE examinations.
Normalisation of Marks
TANCET Entrance Test has successfully conducted on 14th May and 15th May 2022. The results will be declared on 9th of June 2022. The normalisation process is processed on ME/ MTech/ MArch / MPlan Courses only. The Formula to calculate the normalized marks is given below on this page.

TANCET Counselling & Admission 2022
All qualifying candidates can get admission to various Government and Non-Government colleges through the TANCET Score Card. Candidates need to apply for the registration process and complete the application process. After completing the registration process, candidates can apply for the counselling process. Candidates need to appear for counselling based on their ranks. The online Counselling process will be starting in July 2022. Candidates can get seat allotment in the counselling process on the basis of Rank and Choice filling. After getting seat allotment candidates needs to complete the admission process to the allotted institute.
