Celebration of “Awaas Diwas”

You may celebrate, Awaas Diwas on 20^th November 2020 and Awaas Week / Sptah (16^th November 2020 to 22^nd November 2020). On Awaas Diwas various activities may be taken up at different levels of Administration i.e. State, District, Block, Gram Panchayat. However, considering the prevalent conditions owing to COVID-19, the directions issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministery of Health & Family Welfare are to be followed while celebrating Awaas Diwas.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Types

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has been launched for two areas such as- Urban and rural

1. For Urban Areas – Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)
2. For Rural Areas – Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G)

PMAY 2022 Eligibility Criteria

• अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) के उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं
• अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी) के उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं
• महिलाएं, उनकी जाति चाहे जो भी हों, वे लागू कर सकती हैं।
• कुल आय के साथ आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (ईडब्ल्यूएस) से संबंधित परिवार 3 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं हैं।
• कुल आय के साथ निम्न आय वर्ग (एलआईजी) से संबंधित घर रु। से अधिक नहीं हैं। 6 लाख।
• मध्यम आय वर्ग (MIG I और II) दोनों से संबंधित परिवार। यहां, श्रेणी I के तहत कुल आय 12 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं हो सकता है, जबकि श्रेणी II की राशि 18 लाख रु रु से अधिक नहीं हो सकती है।

• Aadhar Card or Job Card Photocopy
• Village servant survey copy of the form (ग्राम सेवक सर्वे की प्रपत्र की प्रति)
• Certificate of Land and Irrigation Resources by Patwari (पटवारी द्वारा भूमि व सिचाई साधन का प्रमाण पत्र)
• Copy of bank diary in case of landholding Khatauni(खतौनी नक़ल भूमि रहन होने पर बैंक डायरी की प्रति)
• Certificate of income(आय का प्रमाणपत्र)
• House certificate(मकान का प्रमाण पत्र)
• Certificate of not having two-wheel and three-wheel and four-wheel vehicle (दो पहिया व तीन पहिया व चार पहिया वाहन न होने का प्रमाणपत्र)

 Important Points of PMAY/IAY Scheme

• वर्ष 2016-17 से 2018 – 19 तक तीन वर्षों में कच्चे घर / जीर्ण-शीर्ण घर में रहने वाले 100 करोड़ परिवारों को कवर करना है।
• घर के न्यूनतम आकार को 25 वर्गमीटर (from20sq.mt) तक हाइजीनिक कुकिंग स्पेस के साथ बढ़ाया गया है।
• इकाई की सहायता 70,000 रुपये से20 लाख रु तक बढ़ा दी गई है। पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों और पहाड़ी राज्यों, कठिन क्षेत्रों और IAP जिले में 75,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 1.30 लाख रुपये तक कर दिया है।
• लाभार्थी MGNREGS से अकुशल श्रम के 90/95 व्यक्ति दिवस का हकदार है
• इकाई सहायता की लागत केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के बीच सादे क्षेत्रों में 60:40 और पूर्वोत्तर और हिमालयी राज्यों के लिए 90:10 के अनुपात में साझा की जानी है।
• एक इच्छुक लाभार्थी को Rs .70,000 तक का संस्थान वित्त प्राप्त करने की सुविधा दी जानी है। जिसकी निगरानी SLBC, DLBC और DLBC के माध्यम से की जाएगी।

How to Check Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana List 2022 Online

Step 1: प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट @ pmayg.nic.in पर जाएं।

Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna @ www.pmayg.nic.in

Step 2: होम पेज पर और Awaassoft मेनू पर जाएं और रिपोर्ट पर क्लिक करें।

On the Home Page and go to the Awaassoft menu and click on the Report sub-menu.

Step 3: अब  Year wise house completed report पर क्लिक करें

Now click on the Year-wise house completed report.

Step 4: फिर स्क्रीन पर एक स्टेट वाइज PMAY लिस्ट पेज खुलेगा

Then Open a State Wise PMAY/IAY List Open on the screen

Step 5: मुख्य पेज  पर मेनू बार से “स्टेकहोल्डर ” चुनें।

On the Home Page select “Stakeholder” from the Menu Bar.

Step 6: अब ड्रॉप-डाउन मेनू से IAY / PMAYG लाभार्थी सूची का चयन करें। – rhreporting.nic.in

Now Select IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary List from the drop-down menu.

Step 7: अब पंजीकरण संख्या / नाम / बीपीएल संख्या / स्वीकृति आदेश / पिता या पति का नाम लिखे।

Now enter Registration Number/ Name/BPL Number/Sanction Order/Father or Husband Name.

Step 8: सर्च बटन पर दबाएं और Benificiry लिस्ट आपके स्क्रीन पर आ जाएगी।

Click on Search Button and the Beneficiary list will appear on your screen.
