क्या है स्वामित्व योजना?

पीएम मोदी के अनुसार स्वामित्व योजना के तहत देश के सभी गांवों में ड्रोन के माध्यम से गांव की हर एक संपत्ति की मैपिंग की जाएगी। जिससे संपत्ति को लेकर भ्रम और झगड़े खत्म हो जाएंगे। इस मैपिंग में राज्यों के पंचायती राज्य, राजस्व विभाग एवं भारतीय सर्वेक्षण विभाग शामिल होंगे। मैपिंग के आधार पर डिजिटल नक्शा बनाया जाएगा। इसके बाद गांव के लोगों को उस संपत्ति का मालिकाना प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा। जिस से शहरों की तरह गांवों में भी लोग बैंकों से लोन ले सकेंगे। इससे गांव में विकास योजनाओं की प्लानिंग में मदद मिलेगी। अभी उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, उत्तराखंड, हरियाणा राज्यों में इस योजना को ट्रायल के तौर पर शुरू किया जायेगा। इसके बाद इसमें सुधार करके फिर इसे देश के हर गांव में लागू किया जाएगा।

PM Swamitva Scheme

The Unified Portal is a new initiative of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj that will provide a single interface for Gram Panchayats to prepare and implement their Gram Panchayat Development Scheme (GPDP).  So the Central Government has launched the  Swamitva Scheme on Friday. Under this scheme, the government has launched e gram swaraj portal. The scheme provides an integrated property verification solution for rural India. The demarcation of inhabited land in rural areas will be done using the technology of drones in collaboration with the latest survey methods with help of various departments such as – Ministry of Panchayati Raj, State Panchayati Raj Department, State Revenue Department, and Survey Department. This facility will reach to 1.25 Lakh Panchayats approximately.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi will address various Gram Panchayats across the country on Friday, April 24, 2020. This day is celebrated as National Panchayati Raj Day. PM Modi to interact with Gram Panchayats on 24th April via video conferencing due to coronavirus epidemic and Modi has launched the Swamitva Scheme which provides for an integrated property validation solution for rural India. This scheme is developed with the help and joined efforts of the Survey of India department. The survey will be done with the help of drones and other latest technologies.

Benefits of Swamitva Yojana

Every year, on this occasion, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj has been awarding the best performing Panchayats / States / UTs across the country under the encouragement of Panchayats in recognition of their good work for improving the delivery of services and public goods. Three such awards this year. Nanaji Deshmukh Gaurav Gram Sabha Award (NDRGGSP), Bal-Sulabh Gram Panchayat Award (CFGPA) and Gram Panchayat Vikas Yojana (GPDP) award have been finalized which will be shared with the respective States / UTs. This scheme will provide lots of benefits like this can end the quarrels over the land as this portal provides an integrated land solution.
