Indian Air Force Airmen X & Y Group Recruitment 2021

Indian Air Force has recently issued the  Indian Air Force Airmen (Group X & Y) 01/2022 Recruitment Notification through the official site.  Air force department has issued this Airmen (Group X & Y) Job Vacancy to recruit candidates for Airmen in Group ‘X’ Trades (Except Education Instructor Trade) and Group ‘Y’ Trades [Except Indian Air Force (Security) and Musician Trades]. IAF Group X, Y Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are going to apply for Air Force Airmen Vacancy need to check the eligibility criteria details before apply online. Check the Educational Qualification, Age limit, and selection process from the below table.

Group Y [Except Indian Air Force (Security) and Musician Trades]	✏Candidates should be passed Intermediate  / 10+2 in any stream/subjects from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Group Y (Medical Asst. Trade Only)	✏Candidates passed 10+2 / Intermediate / equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum of 50% marks in Aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Age Limit

▶Candidate born between 16 January 2001 and 29 December 2004 (both days inclusive).
▶In Case, a candidate clears all the stages of selection procedure, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment is 21 Years.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for Air Force Group X & Y will be done on the basis of the following stages.
▶Online Written Examination
▶Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
▶Adaptability Test – 1 (For Both Group X & Group Y Trades)
▶Adaptability Test – 2 (For Both Group X & Group Y Trades)
▶Medical Test

▶Candidates should pay Rs. 250/- for application form fee.

Indian Air Force Airmen Application Form 2021 Online

Indian Air Force Recruitment Board has started the online registration process for X Y Group from 22 January 2021. Candidates can apply for online form through the IAF Airmen website www.airmenselection.cdac.in or www.careerindianairforce.cdac.in. The last date of submission online application form is 07 February 2021. All candidates need to submit an online application form before the last date. Check important dates from the below table.

Medical Standard Details For Air Force X Y Group 2021

Height	152.5 cms
Chest	Minimum Range of expansion – 5 cm
Weight	Proportionate to height and age. Minimum weight of 55 kg required for Operations Assistant (ATS) Trades only.
Eye	Corneal Surgery (PRK/Lasik) Shall not be acceptable.
Hearing	Candidates have normal hearing able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 Meters with each ear separately.
Dental	Candidates should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth and a minimum of 14 dental points.
General Health	Candidates should be of normal anatomy without the loss of any appendages.

Pay & Allowances and Perquisites

During training, a stipend of Rs. 14600/- per month shall be paid. After training completion Pay & allowances as follows –

▶Group X Trades (Except Education Instructor Trades) – Rs. 33,100/- per month plus Dearness allowance (as applicable) which, in subsequent Years, may rise as per the career progression of the individual.

▶Group Y Trades (Except Auto Tech, IAF (P), IAF (S) and Musician Trades) – Rs. 26,900/- per month plus Dearness allowance (as applicable) which, in subsequent Years, may rise as per the career progression of the individual.

How to apply for Indian Air Force X Y Group Online Form Batch 01/2021

Step 1: Log in to the official website of Airmen Selection @www.airmenselection.cdac.in

Step 2: Move Cursor on Candidate Portal on the home page.

Step 3: Click on the login INTAKE 01/2022 tab and open it.

Step 4: Click on the new registration button and complete the registration process.

Step 5: Login with Email ID, Password and Captcha Code.

Step 6: Fill up mandatory details in the application form.

Step 7: Upload scanned copy of photo & signature.

Step 8: Pay the application fee via net banking, Credit card, Debit card.

Step 9: Submit the application form and take a printout of it for future uses.
