Appropriate placement of its products earns the university trust and confidence of its students and community at large. Conscious of its obligations towards its students the university envisioned the opening up of Placement Cell with full time Placement Officer who heads it, assist the cell and advises students in making informed career choices. The Cell was inaugurated by Chancellor of the University Hon’ble Ghulam Nabi Azad on the 3rd Annual day of the University.

 

Key activities undertaken by the Placement Cell:

• Organize Personality Enhancement Workshops, Group Discussions, mock interviews and other activities that help students and prepare them for corporate life.

• As part of its Campus to Corporate Program organize regular visits of students to Industrial Houses.

• Arrange Campus recruitment for summer training which provides first hand knowledge about corporate world to students and prepares them for final placements.

• Assists students in getting on the campus pre placements by arranging inviting national and multinational companies for holding their interviews. The on-campus recruiters of our product include leading organizations like GENPACT, Wipro, ICICI Prudential, Metlife Insurance and HDFC Bank, to name a few.

• Provide Career consultancy to students of non professional streams as well.
