We, at BGSB University have a Management Enhancement Forum under the School of Management Studies, the objective of which is knowledge creation, knowledge enhancement and knowledge dissemination. The forum has enabled to establish famous case study method as a vital part of management curriculum where cases from business schools like Harvard, Kellogs, IIM Ahmadabad etc. are discussed.

Numbers of reputed print & online journals have been subscribed for the reference of faculty as well as students. The forum organizes weekly seminars on current business topics like rupee appreciation, microfinance, workforce diversity, emerging retail sector etc. A national seminar on India’s Exports, sponsored by AICTE, was also held at University Campus with participation from various regional & national universities.

This forum also helps the faculty members to participate in different national & international conferences and attending high quality Faculty Development Programmes to learn latest pedagogy of management teaching. The forum is looking forward to organizing case workshops and FDPs on the university campus for the benefit of young faculty members of other institutions in this region and the country as whole so that it can have multiplier effect. The university campus with its serene, pollution free atmosphere and world class faculty having experience of corporate as well as academia is an ideal location for Management Development & Administrative development Programmes. The forum is busy in evolving for such proposals. It also organizes guest lectures for students from corporate as well as academic personalities.
